Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No.01 of 2018, registered under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is an agent engaged in sending unemployed youths to foreign countries providing them employment and he also had taken 1,50,000/- from the petitioner's son for sending him to ₹ Malesia and from others also, neither the informant sent the son of the petitioner to Malesia nor returned back the money, when the petitioner put pressure for returning back the money, this false case was lodged and the petitioner has clean

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Rishikesh Singh @ Rishi Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/- (ten ₹ thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S.
