The petitioner seeks bail in Jehanabad Rail P.S. Case No. 104/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 419, 420, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on 22.12.2018, informant, who is A.S.I., Jehanabad Rail P.S., received information that one person is cheating people posing himself as G.R.P. In-charge. Thereafter, informant went to Railway Car Parking area in Railway Campus and saw a person standing near a Scorpio vehicle having board of police.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that aforesaid vehicle does not belong to the petitioner rather the same was of one Dhananjay Sharma.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Gaya in connection with Jehanabad Rail P.S. Case No. 104/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
