2. The petitioner seeks bail in Jamhore P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections103(1) and 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short is that Pinki Kumari (deceased) married with one Subhas Yadav in the year 2019. There was matrimonial dispute between them. On 28.03.2025 Dewaki Yadav disclosed that Pinki Kumari is missing for the last 2-3 days and one dead body has been recovered from the Baghar of his village which was identified as the body of Pinki Kumari.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14098 of 2026(3) dt.15-04-2026 2/2 that neither the name of the petitioner is there in the FIR nor he is in-laws of the deceased. It has further bee3n submitted that CDR of mobile of the deceased was collected and from the CDR, it was found that the petitioner had talks with the deceased and on that basis, the confessional statement of the petitioner was extracted from the petitioner wherein he has stated that he along with one another has killed the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner has lastly submitted that save and except the confessional statement, there is nothing against him. The petitioner is in custody since 29-03-2025 having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025.
