JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-06-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. For trivial dispute an occurrence of assault took place wherein the petitioners and others assaulted to the husband of the deceased, as a result whereof he died. The doctor had found single injury on the person of the deceased, which was cause of the death. The allegation is not specific against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20236 of 2017 (3) dt.20-06-2017 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bairganis P.S. Case No. 278 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, or successor Court.
