Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of theft of trolley of tractor was lodged against unknown. The said trolley was, allegedly, recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.01.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of four months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14147 of 2018 (2) dt.13-03-2018 2/2 pending in connection with Baniyapur Police Station Case No. 03 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
