The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 276 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code . The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having committed robbery in the house of the informant and having looted various articles and cash.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case inasmuch as neither any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T.I. Parade so as to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.10.2018.

Case No. 276 of 2018.
