Ms. Babita Kumari, A.C. to S.C.18 for the State is present. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 2.1.2012 passed by the District Education Officer whereby the selection of the petitioner for supply of meals under the Mid Day Scheme in Banmankhi Block in the district of Purnea has been set aside inter alia on grounds of irregularity in the selection process. The agreement is present at Annexure-B manifests that the settlement was only valid until 31.3.2012 The period having lapsed, the issue raised has become academic requiring no interference at this stage. The writ petition is disposed of.
