Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR.

Similarly situated co-accused Bare Yadav and Jag Jiwan Kumar @ Jag Jeevan Kumar have already been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 09.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52200 of 2017 and vide order 13.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57341 of 2017 (Annexure-2).

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14172 of 2018 (2) dt.13-03-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ara Nawada Police Station Case No. 498 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
