2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 17.07.2018 passed by the learned ACJM-II, Nawada in Complaint Case No. 06 of 2017 by which the learned ACJM-II, Nawada has taken cognizance against the petitioner under Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

3. Upon perusal of the impugned order, this Court finds no illegality in the impugned order.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

5. The Magistrate concerned is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within six months from the date of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17529 of 2019(4) dt.17-03-2025 2/2 receipt of certified copy of this order and send a compliance report to this Court after six months.
