The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 224, 120(B) IPC and 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981.

It is alleged that one Pinku Kumar was appearing in the examination as examinee in place of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not appearing in the examination and as he he is not aware how Pinku Kumar was appearing in his place. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that

No.14178 of 2020(4) dt.08-01-2021 2/2 the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner on payment of Rs. 50,000/- cash. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018, subject to payment of Rs. 50,000/- cash and further subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

The deposit of Rs. 50,000/- cash shall abide by the final out come of the pending criminal case.
