JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-06-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is with regard to demanding money from the informant for the purposes of securing job to the son of the informant. It has been further alleged that the informant has given a sum of Rs. 98,000/- to the petitioner. However, the petitioner has failed to secure job to the son of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as the allegation with regard to giving money by the informant to the petitioner is concerned, no proof of the same has been

It is further submitted that the allegation pertains to a period dating back to the year 2013, whereas the F.I.R. has been filed in the year 2017. It has been further submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I find that the instant case is fit for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VI, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
