Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown. The petitioner was remanded from some other case and is in custody since 15.12.2017.

Submission is that the petitioner was never put on TI Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession. In view of the aforesaid submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barun Police Station

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14193 of 2018 (2) dt.13-03-2018 2/2 Case No. 206 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
