2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with following reliefs:- I. For direction to respondent no8 to remove encroachment from the Private land of the petitioner having Khata No 212 Khesra No 92 situated at Kurhani Circle, Block- Kurhani, District- Muzaffarpur.

II. For any other relief/s for which the petitioner is found entitled in the fact and circumstances of the case and/ or the sake of justice."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this
