Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are not family members, rather relatives of the husband of the deceased. Though there is allegation of commission of murder, there is no witness of the occurrence as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14347 of 2018 (2) dt.13-03-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Semra Police Station Case No. 166 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
