The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 154 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 448, 354(B), 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, co-accused Arjun Ram and Alakh Niranjan Ram entered into the house of the informant. They outrage modesty of the informant and when she protested, the present petitioner sprinkled chilly powder in her eyes.

No.22968 of 2021(3) dt.29-01-2022 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no allegation to outrage modesty of the informant against the present petitioner. This allegation was against co-accused Arjun Ram @ Arun Ram and Alakh Niranjan Ram and these two persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench in Cr. Misc. No. 21707 of 2020, vide order dated 13.08.2020. In that order, it has been mentioned that parties are on litigating terms from before.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 154 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
