This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and 30 and 38 of the Bihar Excise Act. From the motorcycle of this petitioner 26 liters of liquor was recovered from a bag, which the petitioner does not claim to be his own.

Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on completion of three months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XII, Siwan, or successor Court.
