2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:

"(i) To issue a Writ of Mandamus Order/s direction to Official Respondents Police for Recovered to the Kidnapped / Adducted Girl (Pratima Kumari) who happened to the Sister of the Informant/petitioner who has been Kidnapped by some Unknown Persons with help of Conspirator/s these name and address mention in the FIR Corresponding Shapur P.S Case No. 30 of 2026 dated 01.02.2026, registered alleged offences U/S 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, which is pending in the Court of Learned S.D.J.M. 1st Class at Danapur District-Patna, Bihar.

WJC No.376 of 2026(2) dt.16-07-2026 2/3 (ii) To issue the Writ of Mandamus Order/s Direction to Official Respondents Police for Proper and Fair Investigation of the case in Connection with Shapur P.S Case No. 30 of 2026 dated 01.02.2026, registered alleged offences U/S 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, which is pending in the Court of Learned J.M.1st Class at Danapur District-Patna, Bihar.

(iii) To Issue the Order/s Direction to Official Respondents to performed his legal obligation of his duty.

(iv) To Save and protect the life of the petitioner and his Family member in the hand of Accused/s persons.

(v) To awarded the Legal Action against the Corrupt Police officer involved in such illegal Means.

(vi) To any other/s relief petitioner entitle to as your Lordship may deem fit and Proper."

3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State respondents on instruction submits that the matter was investigated and final form has been submitted showing it to be mistake of fact as the victim girl was recovered and it was found that she was about twenty years of age and she has solemnized marriage out of her own sweet will.

4. Learned counsel for the State respondents submits that the present criminal writ petition be disposed of as nothing remains in the matter and the writ petition has become
