The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/152/ 188/ 341 / 323/307/332/333/337/338/427/441/353/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Damage to Public Property Act. The allegation is general and omnibus against the members of the mob. The petitioner was identified in the mob. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
