JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2016 In view of the statutory remedy of appeal under Section 52 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 (for short 'Act') being available to the petitioner against the impugned order dated 06.12.2014 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Gaya in Trial No. 362 of 2014, I am not inclined to entertain the present revision application filed under Section 53 of the Act.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate court and assail the impugned order.
