The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Complaint case No. 335 of 2019-2020, Excise Case No. 39/ 2020, registered u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and two others persons were apprehended and about 200 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and two other persons. The petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2020 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10638 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhepura in connection with Excise Complaint case No. 335 of 2019-2020, Excise Case No. 39/ 2020.
