Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 152, 188, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 337, 338, 427, 441, 353, 504, 506 of the IPC and Section 3⁄4 of Damage to Public Property Act. The allegation in brief is that large number of people were protesting against the government new policy of sand mining and alleged to have indulged in brick batting causing injury to some police personnel and damaging some vehicles.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and no source of identification for being

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Maner Police Station Case No.622 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
