The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Thakurganj Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 234 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 354(C) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 67 of the I.T. Act. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the nature of allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
