The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in Nadi P.S. Case No. 179/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/307/379/354/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have assaulted the injured. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail, It
