The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault upon the father-in-law of the petitioner no.3 Trilok Nath Jha, due to which he sustained injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the matter relates to matrimonial dispute

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13227 of 2022(2) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 between the parties because the petitioner no.3 has also lodged a criminal case against in-laws. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned I/C ACJM Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2021 (G.R. No.377 of 2021), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
