2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the decision of the respondents disqualifying the technical bid of the petitioner in connection with construction of 2 RCC culverts at 20 & 23 Kms. of Runni Saidpur-Katra Kwetsa Road under Road

Patna High Court CWJC No.2995 of 2012 (3) dt.28-04-2016 Construction Department, R.C. Div. No.2, Muzaffarpur pursuant to NIT under e-tendering system dated 24.10.2011.

3. At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the writ petition has now become infructuous by efflux of time.

4. In that view of the matter, the application is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
