This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 379 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was traveling on the same tempo from which five bundles of aluminum wire was recovered. Submission of the petitioner is that petitioner was simply a passenger and had no knowledge nor claim of the ownership of the recovered aluminum wire. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.02.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9537 of 2017 (3) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 135 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, or successor Court.
