Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are parents of the husband of the victim of dowry death. A Coordinate Bench of this Court had considered the prayer for anticipatory bail of these petitioners vide order dated 09.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53962 of 2017 (Annexure-1) and after discussing the material available, directed the petitioners to surrender and the court below was directed to pass order considering the subsequent development pointed out in the case which was the fact that informant had filed a petition informing the Court that under some wrong information, he has lodged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17196 of 2018 (2) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Patori Police Station Case No. 189 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
