This matter relates to appointment of Para Military Force of the Central Government.

The petitioner has cleared the written as well as the physical test, but could not qualify in the medical test as he is suffering from 'colour blindness', which is apparently clear from Annexure-B to the counter affidavit. Against that, the petitioner filed a writ petition being C.W.J.C. No. 6906 of 2011 before this Court. This Court vide order dated 21.04.2011 disposed of the said writ application and in pursuance of the direction of this Court the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13793 of 2013 dt.28-10-2016 2/2 petitioner was again put to the Medical Board. In the medical examination, it was corroboratory found that the petitioner is suffering from 'colour blindness'.

In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any merit in this writ application. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
