Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the owner of the property described in paragraph-4 of the writ application, for which, a Title Partition Suit is pending bearing Partition Suit No. 582 of 2008 between the cosharers. Learned counsel further submits that the respondent No. 6 has purchased some portion of the disputed land from other co-shares and in order to harass the petitioner, she has been filing false cases against him and his family members. The

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.524 of 2021(4) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 petitioner has filed a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, in this regard but no action is being taken by him.

3. Regards being had to the submission made by the parties and taking into consideration the nature of dispute, I direct the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, to look into the matter and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months.

4. With aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
