Petitioner, already in custody since 6.2.2018, seeks bail in Nawada Nagar PS Case No. 72 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 337, 338, 353, 427, 188 of the IPC and Sections 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail on he ground of parity as similarly situated other co-accused Pintu Kumar has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 15474 of 2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Amit Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Nawada in connection with Nawada Nagar PS Case No. 72 of 2018.
