2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 427 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/414/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66C/66D/66F of the I.T. Act.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier his application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 22.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71454 of 2024.

4. The police raided the house of cyber fraud/ATM fraud and recovered 11 ATM Cards. 5 ATM Cards have been recovered from the petitioner in the name of other persons and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13122 of 2025(2) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 not in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 30.06.2024.

5. Considering the recovery of A.T.M. cards and the fact that the petitioner is involved in committing fraud and cheating people, this application is dismissed.
