The petitioner filed this petition for extension of time of their surrender before the court below. The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 04.01.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 9667 of 2015.
It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 fell ill and therefore the petitioners could not surrender before the court below. The petitioners filed this petition for extension of time. Considering the reasons that the petitioners could not surrender due to illness the period for surrender is extended for four weeks from today and if the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9245 of 2016 (2) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 period of four weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sandeep Singh, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnia in Complaint Case No. 217 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
