====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that just after he got knowledge that the petitioners have already been released on bail, he informed this Court and in this regard he has filed his personal show-cause that he has not filed the second bail application on behalf of the petitioners who have already been released on bail vide order dated 13.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. 19586 of 2021 deliberately. He submits that the pairvikaar of the two bail applications are different persons and due to incorrect information provided by the pairvikaar, he has filed the bail application after 14 days and as such there was no intention for making a false affidavit before this Court and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24122 of 2021(8) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 filing the case on behalf of the petitioners by him. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, the show-cause of the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted. The present Cr. Misc. No. 24122 of 2021 is permitted to be withdrawn.

Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
