This application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. against the order dated 19.03.2010 passed by the Court of S.D.M, Khagaria in Case No. 44(M) of 2010, whereunder the S.D.M., Khagaria converted the proceeding of under Section 144 Cr.P.C. into under Section 145 Cr.P.C. arriving at the conclusion that there is dispute in between the parties regarding cutting of the crops over the land.

On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this application is hereby dismissed (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
