JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.01.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.4038/2016 for corrections of parentage and village name of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that father name of the petitioner has been recorded as late "Arjun Sharma" in stead of "Arjun Sharma @ Arjun Singh" whereas the Village+P.O.- has been recorded as "Rani Bazar" in stead of Village-Jharakha, P.O. Ratni Bazar.
It appears that the said mistakes perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the Vakalatnama as well as in the petition. Hence, fresh Vakalatnama has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in the main petition.

No.7882 of 2016 (4) dt.09-03-2016 2/2 Since fresh Vakalatnama has been filed with correct parentage and village name of the petitioner, let in the cause title of the order dated 28.01.2016, the father name of the petitioner be read as " Arjun Sharma @ Arjun Singh " in stead of "Arjun Sharma" and "Village +P.O-Ratni Bazar be read as "VillageJharkha, P.O.-Ratni Bazar". The order dated 28.01.2016 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No.116/2015, pending before learned ACJM, Jehanabad. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
