Petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2017 in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017 registered under Sections 143, 201, 286, 385, 419 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, the petitioner happens to be an student of B.Sc.-1st is not involved in any illegal act as alleged in the F.I.R. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, the co-accused, Rohit @ Mukesh Kumar @ Rohit Kumar, Ramnayan @ R.D.X., and Rahul Raj @ Manish Kumar, having more or less similar allegations, have already

Considering facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S.
