2. This petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:

a. For quashing of order contained in Letter No. 07 dated 06.01.2023 issued by the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms by which the candidature of the petitioner has been Cancelled on the ground that the recommended panel of candidates is valid for one year.

A copy of Letter No. 07 dated 06.01.2023 is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-P1 b. For issuance of writ of Mandamus

Patna High Court CWJC No.3381 of 2024(3) dt.02-07-2025 2/3 directing the respondents to accept the joining of the petitioner on the post of Revenue Officer with the Department of Land Reforms.

c. For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that against the order contained in Letter no. 07 dated 06.01.2023 one Sheo Shambhu Kumar preferred CWJC No. 4186 of 2023 before this Court which has been disposed of by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide its Order dated 03.12.2024. Therefore, it is prayed by the counsel that this petition may also be disposed of in similar terms of CWJC No. 4186 of 2023, Sheo Shambhu Kumar vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.

4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the counsel this petition is also disposed of in similar terms as per the Order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 4186 of 2023, Sheo Shambhu Kumar (supra). However, in addition, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner as early as possible probably within 45 days from the receipt of copy of Order of this Court.

5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.3381 of 2024(3) dt.02-07-2025 3/3 is disposed of.
