JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 09-08-2016 This matter has been listed at the instance of the office pointing out a typographical error in the number of the order dated 17.3.2016 which reads as 'order no.4'. Perusal of the records would manifest that this matter was being heard along with a batch of writ petitions arising from CWJC No.3761 of 2016 and was heard on 11.3.2016. The batch of writ petitions along with this writ petition were taken up on 16.3.2016 and upon filing of counter affidavit by the State Election Commission in CWJC No.3761 of 2016, the matters were passed over for the day. It is thereafter that the matter was taken up on 17.3.2016.

Since the order dated 16.3.2016 has not been entered in the order-sheet that the error is reflected. The Court master is permitted to enter the order dated 16.3.2016 in the order-sheet and which would clarify the position.
