JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-04-2022 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to convert this application in an appeal under Section 14A of the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Permission is granted.
