Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR is against unknown in the matter of theft committed of building materials of the temple. Submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Only material is the confessional statement of the co-accused, namely, Raju Kumar. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14762 of 2018 (2) dt.14-03-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Madhuban Police Station Case No. 188 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
