The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 283 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding recovery of one stolen motorcycle from the spot and the petitioner standing there was arrested.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated by the informant of the present case by mis-utilising his post on account of the petitioner, who is a motorcycle mechanic having refused to repair the motorcycle of the informant free of cost. It is submitted that the said informant who is a police official, has
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11913 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 been implicated in one other case and has been arrested. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 27.10.2018.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Bhabua (Kaimur) in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 283 of 2018.
