This is an application for bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.Case No. 105 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioners is of firing at the informant.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is allegation of firing against the petitioners and other coaccused but injury report (Annexure-3) shows that there is only one injury on the person of injured and they are in custody for more than one month.

No.35722 of 2017 (2) dt.08-08-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application is being disposed of with a direction to the lower court that once charge-sheet in this case has been submitted, the court below will peruse the materials available on record and if it is found that there is allegation of firing against the petitioners and other co-accused and there is only one injury on the person of injured, he will release the petitioners on bail to his satisfaction.
With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
