JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Daraunda P.S.Case No. 203 of 2017 registered under Sections 364/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that petitioner no. 2 had earlier lodged a case under Sections 307 and other allied sections of the penal code by instituting Daraunda P.S.Case No. 178 of 2017 against the present informant and others and due to that reason, this false allegation has been levelled and the petitioners have no criminal antecedents; moreover, they are in custody since 30.01.2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Abhishek Singh @ Tufani @ Abhishek Kr. Singh @ Tufani Singh and Govinda Singh, are directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14860 of 2018 (2) dt.15-03-2018 2/2 released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-XI, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 203 of 2017, with condition that one of the bailor must be their close family members. Petitioners shall remain physically present on each and every date during trial and in case of failure on two consecutive dates without any reasonable ground, their bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
