Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Motorcycle of the informant was stolen away by some unknown person.

The impugned order reveals that the petitioner was arrested in some other case and his confessional statement was recorded and on that the stolen motorcycle was recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22217 of 2017 (2) dt.09-05-2017 2/2 Bhojpur/successor Court in connection with Ara Nagar Police Station Case No. 26 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
