Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504/34 of the Indian

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22997 of 2021(2) dt.03-01-2022 2/3 Penal Code.

It is alleged against this petitioner that she caught hold the informant and his brother(deceased) when co-accused Abdullah and Md. Tahir assaulted them with farsa and lathi, as a result of which, brother of the informant succumbed to the injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that specific overt act of assault is not against the petitioner. The allegation against this petitioner being a lady is only that she caught hold the informant and his brother.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with
