JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017 (G.R. No.1374/2017), disclosing offences under Sections 323, 341, 354 (B), 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against petitioner no.1 is assault to the husband of the informant with dabiya causing injury on the hand and other petitioners are also named in the F.I.R. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and even
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13835 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 according to the F.I.R., injury was found on the hand. Further, they have no criminal antecedents.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017 (G.R. No.1374/2017), subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
