The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 188, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when the police went to raid the house of Gaja Yadav in connection with Lodipur P.S.

of then the petitioners including 20-25 unknown raised slogan and objected the police as a result of which raid could not be conducted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12430 of 2015 (2) dt.25-03-2015 2 / 2 petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general and a statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.Ist Class, Bhagalpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
