Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 457, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2018. She has got no criminal antecedent. Allegation is that some stolen household articles were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Considering the entire facts of this case, especially the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nathnagar (Lalmatiya) Police Station Case No. 724 of 2018, with the

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
