The petitioner's appeal against the order dated 07.11.2022 is pending. Copy of the same is Annexure-8 to the writ petition. The same is bearing Appeal No. 46 of 2022-23. The grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of his appeal.

In view thereof, writ application need not be kept pending.
