Petitioner seeks bail in Kharagpur P.S. Case No.281 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366-A Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim in her statement recorded in para 9 of the case diary has stated that she had voluntarily gone with this petitioner. She has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. under influence of her parents, wherein, she has stated that she was taken by this petitioner by force. She has, however, not levelled any allegation of committing illegal act with her by the petitioner in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that there

Petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No.281 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
